I’m a certified hypnotherapist, transformational life coach, and founder of Grounded Visions Wellness in Delray Beach, FL. I support clients in releasing what no longer serves them and stepping into their highest potential through subconscious work, energy alignment, and soulful coaching. This is heart-centered, transformational work—and it’s an honor to walk beside you as you rediscover your clarity, confidence, and inner peace.
My Story
I have always been passionate about self-discovery and the path of enlightenment. My journey began with a degree in hospitality and tourism from the University of Florida, where I started my career working for luxury hotel brands. Through this work, I learned how to cultivate environments that engaged all the senses and create unique experiences that allowed people feel truly seen, heard, and valued. This path deepened my ability to connect with others and develop an intuitive understanding of the diverse journeys we each walk.
Eventually, I manifested my dream of living in Maui, Hawaii, where my spirituality expanded, and I came to understand the power of nature’s universal flow. It was there that I experienced the magic of everyday life and the interconnectedness of all things. When my time in Hawaii came to an end, I returned to Florida, met my husband, and began working in the music industry, curating destination music festivals that blended human connection and healing through sound.
After becoming a mother to two wonderful sons, I felt a strong calling to align with my higher purpose. Reflecting on my own transformation through hypnotherapy—where I broke through long-held patterns in just a few sessions—I knew I wanted to help others experience the same level of deep, lasting change, which led me to pursue a career as a certified consulting hypnotist and holistic life coach.
I studied at the Alchemy Institute of Hypnosis, earning certifications in hypnotherapy, somatic healing, and past life regression. I then advanced my education with the National Association of Transpersonal Hypnotherapists, becoming a certified CHt, and later obtained my master’s in hypnotherapy (MHt). As my journey continued, I earned certifications as an NLP Life Coach and most recently became certified in Integral Eye Movement Therapy (IEMT), a powerful modality for rapid transformation. I am also a Reiki Master and constantly pursue further education to expand my expertise in wellness and healing.

NLP - Neuro Linguistic Programming
I use Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) to explore the connection between language, behavior, and the mind—offering practical tools to reframe limiting thoughts and create meaningful, lasting change. By combining NLP techniques with transformational coaching, I help clients access their inner strengths, break through old patterns, and step into a more empowered, fulfilling version of themselves.
Somatic Healing
Somatic healing has become a cornerstone of my work because of the profound way it connects the mind and body. I guide clients to gently tune into their body’s sensations, helping them access and release stored emotional trauma and stress—often things they didn’t even realize were still affecting them. This approach allows for deep healing that goes beyond words, creating space for clarity, balance, and inner peace.

As a Certified Hypnotherapist (CHt), I’m trained to guide you into a relaxed, focused state where positive suggestions can support healing and personal transformation. I approach each session with both professionalism and compassion, creating a safe space for you to explore, grow, and reconnect with your inner strength.
IEMT - Intergral Eye Movement Therapy
IEMT is one of the most powerful tools I use to help clients gently process and release emotional blocks and unresolved trauma. By guiding specific eye movements, IEMT helps access and reframe limiting memories and emotional patterns—often leading to rapid, lasting transformation. I’ve found it especially helpful for those navigating anxiety, past emotional wounds, and chronic stress.
Reiki
As a Reiki Master, I work with universal life force energy to support physical, emotional, and spiritual well-being. Through this gentle, hands-on practice, I help restore balance to the body’s energy systems, release blockages, and encourage deep relaxation. Reiki is a powerful yet non-invasive way to reduce stress and support the body’s natural ability to heal.
